Join us for a reunion of Bear Stearns Whippany Alumni! Connect with old friends, enjoy great food, and reminisce about the good times.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Acceptance: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability: [GoDaphers, LLC and Staff. & St. John’s Lodge #1 and Staff and Volunteer Staff/Reunion Committee Members] are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

Waiver and Release of Liability

Attendees responsibility to read and accept via link provided during ticket purchase:

 "By attending the Bear Stearns Alumni Reunion 2026, I acknowledge (when purchasing this ticket) that I participate at my own risk and release Go Daphers, LLC, St. John’s Lodge #1 any and all staff and the Reunion committee members from any liability for injuries or damages incurred."

All participants who purchase a ticket automatically is affirmed to a waiver acknowledging the risks involved with outdoor activities.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties

General Conduct

Respect all attendees and staff. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

Maintain a family-friendly atmosphere throughout the event. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund

Alcohol Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol.

We will have a licensed bartender and will provide what is needed to mix drinks so long as you provide the alcohol BYOB.  Soft drinks are included with your price ticket.

Safety

Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and first aid stations.

In case of bad weather, follow announcements regarding potential changes to event plans. Please adhere to all health and safety guidelines in place at the venuePlease adhere to all health and safety guidelines in place at the venue.  We recommend having adequate sunscreen, went outside as well as mosquito repellent.  If you have food, allergies, it is your responsibility to let us know so that we can accommodate you.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. This event will take place rain or shine.

Any monies in excess will be donated to Saint John’s lodge for charity.
